INFORMATIVA E RICHIESTA DI CONSENSO AL TRATTAMENTO DI DATI PERSONALI
as per article 13 of the Italian legislative decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003.

Before filling in the form and thus sending us your personal data, you are required to read the following. With regard to these notes as well as the Italian legislative decree no. 196/2003 (so-called “Privacy code”), by “personal data” it is hereby meant any data you include in the form, i.e. both the data we request and any data you may supply in the “Comments” field.

The data we gather as you fill the form are those required for identification, such as name, surname, company name, VAT number, e-mail, city, address, province and country.

Data processing purpose

Your personal data will only be processed to enable us to get in touch with you to handle any request you might have made, send you a gift or provide promotional/commercial offers—by e-mail or phone.

Data management

The data we gather will be processed using electronic systems.

Suitable measures will be adopted to ensure they will not be lost, used in an improper way or made available to unauthorized people.

Said data will be processed by our collaborators, designed or temporarily appointed as Data controllers; they will not be disseminated and may only be communicated to third parties if strictly necessary to fulfil your requests.

Data will be retained only as long as necessary to process them, unless you expressly object to this: should you desire your data to be erased as soon as we provided the information you requested just say so in the “Comments” field of the form.

Nature of obligations

Providing your personal data is not mandatory: it is up to you and it is equally up to you whether to allow us to process them or not. However, remember that without your personal data we will not be able to let you have the information you requested; similarly, if you deny us the right to process your data, we may have to erase them.
